God of the Middle….
    Are not all the polar opposites such as right-wrong, good-bad, sweet-bitter, near-far, beautiful-ugly, high-law, and positive-negative, etc., of variant degrees and intensities of variant qualities and quantities, known as either entities or phenomena or concepts or ideas?

When it comes to the concept of God, is He/She not generally considered the supreme of everything, but evil? Superlative of every quality and quantity save evil? Likewise, when it comes to the concept of Devil, is He/She not considered the supreme of everything, but good? Superlative of every quality and quantity save good?

In either case, are not God and Devil of two polar opposites constantly in a tug-of-war? If the superiors are in war, then what about the inferiors? Isn’t it normal and natural for the latter to be caught perennially between the cross-fires of these mighty opposites? If life is so stressful, anxiety-ridden, and unpredictable, then why not we do away with these dialectical forces that are relentlessly at confrontation?

How do we do it? Living without a God is no good at all. But, living with a Devil is no good at all either. Then what about living with God, and doing away with the Devil? How is it possible? How about having a God of the Middle: neither extremes nor opposites, but the Middle? It is neither mediocrity nor lethargy; neither antipathy nor indefinite; neither indifference nor detachment. It is nothing but the Middle.

Then, what is perfection? Perfection is nothing but the affinity with the Middle. The more closer or approximate one is to the Middle, the more perfect one becomes. What about evil? I am tempted to say that evil is nothing but any deviation or wandering away from the Middle. But, if God is the Middle, then, any deviation away from the middle is only a matter of distance, and not irrevocable. Is not any wondering away from the Middle, in such a case, is nothing but a mere oscillation around the Middle? Then, it is self-evident that there is no place for Devil. There cannot be any, because there can’t be two middles but one?  Can we say, then, that evil is not a necessity, and we can do away with it?  Who is this God of the Middle, then?

He is……..
Neither good nor bad;
Neither right nor wrong;
Neither sweet nor bitter;
Neither near nor far;
Neither cold nor hot;
Neither beauty nor ugly;
Neither high nor low;
Neither indulgence nor penance;
Neither positive nor negative;
Etc, etc, etc… the Middle where there is no bipolar friction within and between qualities and quantities, and within and between their degrees and intensities. He is the Middle that contains all in a dynamic yet harmonious whole.

  2. He is the middle...there is no variant degrees and intensities to the middle...why is the need that we have to attribute anything to God? And if you want to attribute anything at all, then y do we attribute only one thing or a degree or intensity of that thing, and not any other??? Because we cant attribute everything to God, right? Then , why not we become objective? means empirical...That is to think of a God of neither extremes which are metaphysical????
